Newton, known as the "Garden City" is one of Boston's most prestigious suburbs. It is located only eight miles West of Boston and Logan International Airport. It is easily accessible to the world renown medical area. Brookline. Originally a haven for Boston's socially elite, Brookline's upwardly mobile population is now more diverse. Many doctors, academics and businesspeople make their homes in this cosmopolitan town which is politically and culturally active and enjoys a high quality of public services. It's educational system, with its superb college prep courses, is regarded as one of the best in the country and public transportation to Boston is excellent. Needham, an established residential suburb, is approximately 10 miles Southwest of Boston. Needham has a well respected school system, outstanding recreational facilities and excellent community services. Needham is a commuter's delight. It is near all major highways and has a commuter train service to downtown Boston.

Wellesley, one of Boston's exclusive suburban locations, only 12 miles West of Boston on Route 9, offers beautiful residential homes in an urban suburban envirom-nent Architectural styles are diverse and include splendid Estates, Colonials and Capes. The charming downtown shopping area has the flavor of "olde New England" yet is very upscale. In addition to superior public schools, Wellesley boasts having four private schools and three colleges in town. Recreational facilities are extensive with several local playgrounds that are flooded for Winter skating. Conservation areas are used for horseback riding and hiking. Wellesley's population reflects a variety of incomes and professions. Many people commute to work in Boston or to high-tech firms between Routes 128 and 495. Commuter trains run from Wellesley to the financial district as well as a rapid transit system at the nearby Riverside Station.
